To create this decorative plate, I have painted a clear glass fish plate with blue and white stripes. A pearlescent white paint was applied for a little bit sparkle. Very small splashes of yellow and green colors can be seen on a part of plate. I have tried to give to the fish a natural skin color. The stripes are complete by a red color relief paint.
